Fulfillment & Shipping Notes

• Same-day shipping: In-stock orders placed by 2:00 p.m. (ET) ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. ship the next business day.

• Shipping carriers: Orders ship via UPS. Standard shipping is UPS Ground.

• Expedited shipping: UPS Next Day Air is available where eligible.

• Address requirements: A physical shipping address is required, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

• Hazardous materials: Solvent inks ship UPS Ground only. Air services are not available for solvent inks due to hazardous material restrictions.
